Mr. Smith was very knowledgeable and did a quick and through job with my 3 rooms. He was in time, called when he was on his way and my carpet looks great! Most importantly, he didn't try to sell me anything more than what was agreed upon and the price was exactly as quoted.

After making an appointment for them to come out they did not show up. I called and (of course) it went to voicemail on both contact numbers so I left voicemail on both and they still have not called back 2 hours later, so I called one last time to give them benefit of doubt but just got voicemail again. I left another message and am now writing this review to say that they are totally unreliable.

This client is correct, I did not show and feel horrible about it. I was in the hospital for over a week, and then Daily doctors appointments. (infection in My Leg Cellulitis) I have just been cleared to work again. October 25 thType your response to this review.
