Where to start. Hired this so called professional to do a small job of laying down new grout in a bathroom shower tile 5x4. We had already removed the old grout ourselves and provided Batista with all materials except tools. After he completed the job and left, we noticed tiny pin holes. I contacted Batista and even provided him photos of the pin holes same day. He sent me a text saying he would be out the next day to correct the work at 1:00pm. Then I got another text from him saying now he would be by between 2:30-3:00pm. Then I got another text from him asking if he could make it another day. So after canceling our daily activities waiting for him I refused. Finally he showed up that day pissed off with attitude. He put down additional grout but again after a while you could still see the pin holes. I tried calling him but no answer. I sent him a text to call me never did but instead as always sent me a very unprofessional text let's just say. I wanted my money back for the poor job he did. I even paid him more for the job than he asked for just to help him out and gave him a ride home after the job. He still refuses to call me to speak about this only responds with texts and refused to give my money back. If you hire this guy beware and do your research.

Ken i am sorry you are unhappy with the job.I came back to seewhat the problem wasand even though there was no problem I still regroutedyour area again.what you see is sand in the sanded grout you purchased next time by unsanded grout if you do not like how it looks.I can not change the grout but I did a very good an perfecional job twice for half the price sorry you did not like this job but again it's the kind of grout you used.if you want it changed by different grout an give me a call.thanks for your business.

Julio and his team did an excellent job painting the entire exterior of my house as well as a few other jobs. With the heat and rain, it can be easy to get lazy, but Julio stayed focus and paid much attention to detail. Thank you!!!

Julio did a fabulous job! He was on it from the moment we posted our request. Even before we hired him, he was prompt with information and responses. Once we hired him, he got to it immediately. (It was an outdoor job, and the rain did not stop him.) During the job, he kept us abreast with photos to show his progress. (We are currently out of state.) And when he finished, he cleaned up thoroughly. We could not be more impressed with his work ethic! Will definitely hire him again if/when we need more work done!
