meeting Sean was as smooth and easygoing a process as it comes with contractors. in a field where most of them are dishonest and rip you off sean was very honest and worth every penny that this job cost. especially after I got screwed by a prior contractor who delayed me for months and overcharged me sean was a breath of fresh air and made the process very very smooth
Details: Multiple room remodel • Entire house • Already have plans - just need installation • Yes, insurance claim has already been approved • As soon as possible

Sean was great to work with! He was detailed, communicated, and executed the extensive project with ease. We had a big concern with leaks in the walls and plumbing issues, and Sean got it all taken care of quickly, efficiently, and it looks GREAT! Highly recommend hiring this team for your next home project.

I called Your Local GC in a pinch needing some work done same day. He managed to get it done for me at a reasonable price and no need for a call back. I would recommend them.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We know how stressful it can be to deal with an unreliable contractor, and Sean takes great pride in being the kind of general contractor in the Sarasota area that homeowners and business owners can truly trust. Honest pricing, clear communication, and a smooth process from start to finish — that's the standard we hold every project to. We're so glad Sean could turn things around for you and deliver the results you deserved. We look forward to working with you again on future renovation or construction projects!
