Ed's Renovation LLC

I have been remodeling homes since 2015, and I run every job myself — I price it, I run the crew, and I answer the phone. No sales rep, no subcontracted mystery. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, interior and exterior painting, doors and windows, full home renovations, and the smaller repair lists people keep putting off. Now working across Sarasota County — Sarasota, Venice, North Port, Port Charlotte and Englewood. The written estimate is the price you pay. If something changes mid-job, you approve it in writing first, so there is no surprise invoice at the end. And the job site gets cleaned up at the end of every day, not at the end of the project. Top Pro with a 4.9 rating here, 5.0 on Google, and fully insured. Minimum 2 hours per visit — it keeps the small jobs worth doing properly for both of us. Send me what you need with a couple of photos, and I will come out, measure, and hand you a written price.
