We recently had Irpin Build come out to our house to do some touch up painting on the inside interior. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. He did an excellent job on painting all the areas that we needed painted. I highly recommend Irpin Build and will use them again for future projects on our house.

Roman is a careful painter. He takes pride in his work and will slow things down to be sure prep work addresses unforseen wall damage or rotting wood - this revealed integrity, to me. And the price was not changed. But I added out of gratitude.

Roman got to our job quickly, and is by far the cleanest construction worker I have ever met. We had two shower surrounds that needed drywall, mudding, and taping, and not only did he respond quickly and set up a time to get to it, his price was more than fair. He was adamant about cleaning up any and all drywall debris, and you could tell right away that not only is he skilled and seasoned, but that he cares about doing things well. I HIGHLY recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have quite low prices, but if the client does not like my price, I am always ready to discuss it and find a solution that will work for both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I first meet at the work site and assess how much work and how much it costs. After that, we discuss the materials and who is buying it. And also the time when I start work and the deadline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a construction education from Ukraine and extensive experience in construction and reconstruction of buildings.
