Stan did an absolutely amazing job repairing our water damaged flooring. Excellent communication, responsive, quick to understand what we needed, helpful in advising best materials to use, easy scheduling, arrived on time and had very fair pricing. We highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future as needed.

Stan was excellent from start to finish. Had a hard wired security camera installed on garage, pictures hung up as well as a few solar cameras installed as well. Work quality is top notch. Very responsive and when done cleaned everything extremely thoroughly. Will definitely use him again for other projects and could not recommended enough. Definitely went above and beyond.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward. Labor is based on the type of work, and I can provide or use customer-supplied materials. I always give an estimate before starting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the customer’s needs, then provide a clear estimate and timeline. I make sure everything is done properly and the customer is satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained practical skills through many real projects, working with different tools, materials, and home systems.
