As remote landlords of a brand-new property, we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. Our tenants were experiencing a multitude of issues that neither the builder nor other handymen could resolve. In a desperate search for a solution, we stumbled upon Yourick, our knight in shining armor!
From the get-go, it was clear that Yourick was different. His excellent reviews had already piqued our interest, but his immediate response and understanding of our laundry list of problems truly won us over. Not only that, but he also managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule the very next day!
Our tenants, worn out from unsuccessful repairs and constant back-and-forth with the builder, were understandably apprehensive. But Yourick quickly dispelled any doubts with his professionalism and skill. He provided ETA updates via images, allowing us to track his progress as he arrived right on time. Throughout the day, he kept us in the loop via video calls, ensuring that we felt involved in the process even from a distance.
Yourick tackled a wide range of tasks with ease, from electrical and plumbing work to door calibrations and more. The speed and efficiency with which he addressed each issue left us in awe, and our tenants could not have been more pleased.
In the face of the challenges presented by our remote involvement, the entire process unfolded with astounding smoothness and efficiency. Yourick's combination of expertise, communication skills, and unwavering dedication to excellence is nothing short of remarkable. We'll unquestionably rely on his services again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a handyman who effortlessly turns the seemingly impossible into reality! 🚀

Yuri nailed it!! He within minutes of submitting my request on the app. He came out the same day. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and repair. Showed up on time - even a little early. Communicates very well. He is now our go-to handyman moving forward. Thanks, Yuri!!

Answered my inquiry within a minute or two! Gave me the choice of same afternoon or two days later. He came within a couple of hours, installed a ceiling fan and three tv’s. I’ll use him again!!

Yourick was incredible, hands down a wonderful person to work with. We hired him to help my Aunt and Uncle in Port Charlotte. From the get go, he was so respectful, communicative and an amazing worker.
In a short time, he fixed a lock, sliding door, fire alarm, and replaced broken outdoor lanterns (going to Home Depot to purchase the necessary part). We have already hired him for the next task and highly recommend him to the Thumbtack community!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually work on an hourly rate and my clients are happy with that. I do not stretch the time of work and you pay only for pure time. If the client is far from my base, I add a small call fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I say hello, I find out what day is convenient for installation, I talk about the cost of my services. I arrive at the appointed time, do excellent hard work and get my money. Enthusiastic customer writes a great 5-star review
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For this work, you just need hands-on experience, nothing supernatural is required for this.
