As remote landlords of a brand-new property, we found ourselves in a bit of a pickle. Our tenants were experiencing a multitude of issues that neither the builder nor other handymen could resolve. In a desperate search for a solution, we stumbled upon Yourick, our knight in shining armor!
From the get-go, it was clear that Yourick was different. His excellent reviews had already piqued our interest, but his immediate response and understanding of our laundry list of problems truly won us over. Not only that, but he also managed to squeeze us into his busy schedule the very next day!
Our tenants, worn out from unsuccessful repairs and constant back-and-forth with the builder, were understandably apprehensive. Yourick LLC was very professional. Showed up to the job at the time specified. Worked alone all day, erecting a 10X12 gazebo with a hard shell roof. Very personable & polite. He also put up the mesh screening & curtains (we told home not necessary, we would do it), but he said he does the whole job. Very impressive. I would highly recommend this company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually work on an hourly rate and my clients are happy with that. I do not stretch the time of work and you pay only for pure time. If the client is far from my base, I add a small call fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I say hello, I find out what day is convenient for installation, I talk about the cost of my services. I arrive at the appointed time, do excellent hard work and get my money. Enthusiastic customer writes a great 5-star review
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For this work, you just need hands-on experience, nothing supernatural is required for this.
