- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, honest, and transparent pricing. Every project is different, so I prefer to see the job in person before giving an accurate estimate. I work with customers to stay within their budget whenever possible and always discuss pricing upfront with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a conversation about the customer’s needs and goals for the project. I like to meet on-site to inspect the work area, discuss details, and provide recommendations if needed. After that, I give a clear estimate, schedule the work, and keep communication open throughout the project to make sure the customer is happy with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in many areas of handyman work including painting, repairs, tile installation, fan installation, framing/building structures, and minor plumbing work. Over the years, I’ve developed strong practical skills through real job experience, problem-solving, and working on a variety of residential projects.
