Introduction: I always clean it like I mean it! My service is based on the belief that the customers' needs are of the utmost importance. As your provider I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my client base consists of repeat customers and referrals. I humbly welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service possible. The following groups are eligible for a reduced hourly rate: * Seniors * Veterans and Active Service * Public Service * Family Network on Disabilities Members (FND) * Parent to Parent of Miami Members * Early Steps Families Hours vary by area and are ALWAYS by appointment: * Monday to Friday: By Appointment with at least a one week advance * Saturday: By Appointment (2 week advance, additional surcharge for weekend appointments) * Sunday: By Appointment (2 week advance, additional surcharge for weekend appointments) Appointments outside of general business hours may always be requested by e-mailing or calling us. Included in standard cleaning are: Dusting Cleaning and sanitizing all bathroom surfaces Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces including small appliance exterior Cleaning inside the microwave Sweeping and mopping floors Services that will require additional time are: Vacuuming or dusting furniture Window Sills Dust Blinds Spot Clean doors and door frames Dust Fans We charge $30 per hour and also have recurring service pricing. Other, more detailed services can be included regularly or scheduled as needed. Optional a la cart services offered include: Cleaning ovens or refrigerators: $20 Washing windows ($8 per window, $10 for large windows) Washing Walls ($0.21 per square foot or $30 per wall), Sorry, no ceilings. Laundry ($8.50 per load with cleaning service) Deep cleaning (Please request a personalized estimate) First-time or special-occasion cleaning is also offered!
