I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and ACE PT certification, and 7 years training experience. I have the knowledge to train ANYONE. I'm passionate about making exercise fun! I am 63 years young and it is time for me. After reviewing many trainers I decided to call Nick. He was prompt in getting back to me and we got started. Now I have not used him for a long time but I will update my review as time goes on. I sit all day for my job and needless to say not very active. After the initial assessment he got me going. My body woke up. He is knowledgeable, professional, cares about your goals. I look forward to my continued training with Nick and look forward to the results. I am looking for strength, toning, weight loss, being more active. Nick is reasonably priced. Make 2023 your year for YOU. Without your health you will be spending more money on doctors so make time for you. Make yourself a priority. If you don't have your health you are not going to be able to be of any value to your loved ones. Here's to 2023. Thanks Nick!!!!!

I started with Nick a couple weeks ago and it’s been great! I wasn’t fully confident getting back into the gym after a long time and he has guided me in the right direction. Coach Nick was amazing! He responded to my inquiry on Thumbtack immediately! We spoke on the phone and scheduled our first session. He was on time, brought all of the workout equipment and was highly motivating during our session. He demonstrated a deep level of knowledge of exercise science and this gave me great confidence. I cant reccomend nick enough, especially if you any sort of injury. If your looking for a dedicated coach for getting in shape all the way to Competition prep there is no need to look any further. His dedication is unmatched and He will push you father then you what you think your capable of 💪
