- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now we offer free service calls during the days. Night times may have an emergencyservice call fee. Once we give our estimate, the price does not go any higher regardless of time or potential issues that may occur during project. We offer discounts for Veterans, First Responders and Senior Citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to get all information of the customers to be able to communicate and be as punctual as possible. Name address phone numbers email gate codes
