- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay within a customers budget. I also give military, police,fire, discount of 10% average cost to install tile is $2.50-$5.00 per sq ft for floors and $5.00-12.00 per sq ft for walls price vary due to the amount of detail added into a install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to sit down go over all the details and get a plain together.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a farmer in Indiana for 18 yrs and did this part time to make extra money when I was 32 I retired from farming and started my own flooring company and have done great things since.
