- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer cash discounts, multi-door discounts & run promotions from time to time. We also have several financing options including up to 24 months 0%. In most cases we can give you a quote from a virtual/ phone consultation. We also offer free new installation on-site estimates as well as publish pricing for common products and services on our website for full transparency and convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much information as possible before we head to your house or business and if we can we will give you a preliminary quote before we even head out. All preliminary quote are subject to field check once we get there. We try our best to be as accurate as possible with our preliminary quotes as to not waste our time or yours. For installations we will perform a field check to confirm pricing then collect a deposit, order your material and apply for permits. Once the material arrives in our possession and has been visually inspected by us along with receiving your permit from the building department we will call to arrange installation at a convenient time for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have several licensed specialty contractor on our board overseeing our techs who have years of field experience.
