Ivan was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work and found that one of the toilets in the bathroom was not fastened down and as a result damage. He replaced everything need and fastened down. He also replaced my kitchen faucet which was leaking under the kitchen sink. Ivan is very thorough and cleaned up all his worksites. I would rate him 10+ on a scale of 1-10 and highly recommend his service if needed!
