FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $90 service charge. We do NOT charge the $90 if we receive a work order from a customer. Military discounts will be honored upon proof of service (DD214) or individual citation bearing the recipient/veteran's name (Navy Achievement)
 - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will greet the customer and inspect the Appliance for any unusual noise/vibration and all what would be required for finding the problem. Once the problem is found, we inform the customer as to what part stopped working, the cost of the replacement part and how much labor is involved, and the cost of the repair.
 - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had grown up in this field. I attended CFCC for HVAC training and service technics and strategies. Emergency troubleshooting and repair of the root cause or provide temporary repair when parts are not available. My primary studies was in Refrigeration. Many years earlier, I worked for an appliance company in the early 80s. Most work was done in The Hamptons on Long Island. An upscale community surrounded by beaches and tennis courts.on
