- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Initial consultation: The cleaning company will likely start by having an initial consultation with the potential customer. This could be done over the phone, through an online form, or with an in-person visit. During this step, they will gather details about the customer's cleaning needs, the size of the home/office, specific areas requiring service, frequency desired, and any special requirements. 2.Site evaluation: For larger projects, the cleaning company may send a representative to evaluate the site in person before quoting a price. This allows them to get an accurate assessment of the workload. 3.Quote/proposal: After the consultation and any site visits, the company will provide the customer with a detailed quote or service proposal. This outlines the services to be performed, scheduling, pricing, and other terms. 4.Service agreement: If the customer approves the quote, they will likely sign a service agreement or contract specifying the scope of work and client/company responsibilities. 5.Schedule booking: The customer and cleaning company will coordinate to book and schedule the actual cleaning service dates and times. 6.Cleaning service delivery: The scheduled cleaning crew will arrive and perform the cleaning services as agreed upon in the contract. 7.Follow-up: After completing the work, the company typically follows up with the customer to ensure all expectations were met and to address any concerns or feedback.
