Some delay in completion, but the company responded and finished the work. Installation was expensive--$3500--but I was ill and awaiting surgery and did not feel like looking for other suppliers.

Prompt response, good value, everything was explained clearly, no surprises. The spray used was a bit strong so we removed our pets from the home for a couple of hours even though we were told it was safe for them. The technician Melissa was friendly, fast and efficient.
Melissa is always on time, always professional and quick...even when I follow her and talk her ear off!! We had a roach problem when she first come to our home and she had them eradicated within 2 months! Gone!!
