From start to finish Ethan was very professional and respectful to my home. He came out to complete an estimate. He provided the estimate via email for me to sign and agree. I tweaked the estimate according to our needs and a week later they came out to complete the requested repairs. When we ran into unexpected issues, they worked with us on materials and pricing to ensure that we were content with the work at a fair charge. Anytime unexpected issues arose, Ethan made sure to consult my husband or myself to move forward. I will say that communication was a little rocky with a few items, but it wasnt anything that could not be easily corrected so Im extremely satisfied with the work. They were very thorough and I absolutely love the outcome. They installed baseboards in one of my bedrooms, fixed drywall everywhere, repaired toilet hosing, repainted entire bathroom, hung 2 curtains, hung bathroom light fixture, and cleaned bathroom grout. Thanks guys!
