After speaking with multiple companies about my garage door situation they all had one thing in mind. How could they get as much money from me as possible. Some, for just showing up to do an assessment. ASAP came out, identified the problem with my motor, and instead of trying to get me to replace it, they fixed the one I had based off of their knowledge of the brand and experience in the field.
