We were pleased with their work ethic. There were some problems with getting the right replacement parts for our dishwasher but I was notified when the parts were delayed. All in all they did a great job and Yea, I have my dishwasher back in working order. We will call on them in the future if we need any appliance repairs

Samsung Service booked the repair technician thru Thumbtack. They gave him the wrong error message. I showed Jason my text with Samsung with a picture of the error code. He was able to repair. Very knowledgeable & helpful.
