We needed a grease trap as soon as humanly possible at our restaurant. I was so excited when Mike called and said he could be out within an hour he came gave us a great quote and had the work completed in around an hour so we were able to pass our final inspection today and we will be opening next week. Mike was incredible! Addressed literally every single one of our plumbing needs, fair pricing, incredibly kind and respectful, and he got the things done! He was honest about things we could do ourselves and took the time to explain nuances. I had a great experience with this gentleman who worked on my on-demand hot water tank. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and extremely helpful. He even went the extra mile by contacting the gas company himself to try and get them out right away, despite it being a holiday weekend.
