- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate as well an hourly rate of $50; I paint whole houses/apartments as well as singular rooms, fences, furniture, playhouses and patch & repair on small to medium damages on drywall & anything else you need painted just ask. I'm quick fast & efficient I get the job done in a reasonable time frame & do the best job possible. While protecting your floor and any furniture that may reside within the area. Flat rate pricing estimates are listed below: Singular room- $200 w/o trim $250 w/ trim Bathroom- $125 w/o trim $175 w/ trim Half Bath- $75 w/o trim $100 w/ trim Master Bath- $150 w/o trim $175 w/ trim Closet- $25 w/o trim $40 w/ trim Walk-in Closet- $50 w/o trim $65 w/ trim Kitchen- $140 w/o trim $165 w/ trim Garage- $150 w/o trim $175 w/ trim Pricing can be affected by size of the area to a reasonable degree. I supply all materials such as tape, tarp, rollers, brushes, ladder(extendable up to 12 ft) and any other necessary materials; all you need to provide is the paint if you are unable to we can set up a pick up at a local hardware store or I can purchase and charge it to the job. I guarantee my work and if you are not satisfied with the paint job I've done I offer 2 hours of free labor to do any necessary touch ups, This varies on situation and size of the task completed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off cleaning homes of friends and family, which turned into a painting job when they couldn't find anyone else. 5 years later I'm still painting and picked up others skills along the way, I learned how they did before computers I did it until I got it.
