Defender Landscape did an excellent job cutting down our trees and trimming our branches that were directly over the house. They dropped the ball. No one followed up correctly and after several attempts no one ever sent me a proposal. It cost me time and frustration. Seems they do not work well together as a team and for that reason I stopped trying to get an estimate from them.
