Accelerated Property Preservation

Introduction: We are a company seeking contracts in property preservation and prefer to do most of our business through or for bank foreclosures. However, we are not limited to a specific client base. We have a combined work history of over 40 years in the general construction industry. This includes framing, roofing repair and/or replacement, siding, tile, hardwood, window installation and/or replacement, cleanup, pressure washing, lightning protection, all phases of lawn care, small tree removal and trimming, painting, gutter cleaning, and debris removal.
