Lynne W. says, "We had CGC remove our built-in tub, relocate the drain, move the showerhead to the opposite end, and retile the three surrounding walls. Alex also wallpapered our dining room. Sounds like easy jobs, but no. The tub was iron, not fiberglass. The floor had to be jackhammered to get to the drain pipe, then relocated. The DR walls had to be replastered smooth so the orange peel-like "bubbles" wouldn't show through the wallpaper. Our home is 30+ miles away from CGCs Ocala base, and often we thought ours was a 'when we get down there and have no emergency jobs to do closer to Ocala' job. This is why they lost a star. A job we thought should take no more than 3 weeks took 9. Frustrating yes, but both the shower and DR came out beautifully."See more
