- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally we like to speak to our customers prior to quoting a price for their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consolation to discuss the scope of the project, meet for estimate, set realistic time frame to start and complete work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied building construction at the university of Florida. I also worked summers for a local general contractor learning the various trades associated with home building and renovation. Must recently was a foreman doing hardscapes ( decorative pavers and retaining walls ).
