- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, Most of our services starts at $25 - $65 per hour depending on the type of service and the difficulty of the job, If the customer require more than one service sometimes I offer a special package deal. I always think about how much I would be willing to pay if I was looking to get the job done myself. I put myself in the customer place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to offer my customer the best possible price without sacrificing quality so my customer can see for themselves the way I conduct my business and the quality of my work and I know they will recommend me to their family and friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was self taught in this business and have been doing it for over 32 years, I have acquired numerous skills and countless hours in the home remodeling and construction business.
