- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a complicated pricing system. I just type fast and efficient: Small, medium, and large jobs: The pricing is reasonable, steady, and affordable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a professional transcriber diploma from a home-study program since 2003. Most of my extra learning has been online, which is done sporadically as needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to type (use my fingers) from a little girl. One of my future goals is to play a piano. I can then play and sing to the music.
