At Blacktower and Partners, we don’t just design outdoor spaces — we shape environments where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle come together with clarity, elegance, and permanence.
Founded by Ivan Torrenegra, a designer with a Master’s in Landscape Architecture, Blacktower is built on decades of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, and community design. Ivan’s work has spanned elite destinations including Palm Beach, The Hamptons, Winter Park, Miami, Dubai, and Antigua, and he’s led projects within world-renowned firms such as Nievera Williams, DS Boca, and a local company Signature.
Based in Orlando and Palm beach, we offer full design-build services — managing everything from concept to final construction — as well as remote design services for homeowners, architects, and developers worldwide.

He came to our property, took detailed photos and measurements, and used the survey we provided to create an accurate design plan.
