With Allan's Jerk Shack, his customers are always first. This is the first Food Truck I am aware of that gives back to his customers by having a customer appreciation day annually. This is when his customers eat and drink on his dime, and he gives 100% all the time.

This guy chef Allan is no joke, no kidding around. I reached out to chef Allan and within minutes he responded. Chef created a menu for my 50 th birthday party and he executed on point. He created a variety of appetizers, salads and entrees. Chef Allan’s Caribbean background was a plus, he also added other regions to diversify and accommodate our guests which include Asian, African and a little Mexicon influence. I was very Happy and won’t hesitate to hire Chef Allan for any future events.

So lastnight my wife and I were talking about what our favorite food spot in Orlando was. I am pleased to say that Allansjerkshack was #1 on our list. If you are looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine this is your place. You can tell the Master Chef Allan is a true professional. The jerk chicken and festival is my go to, but if you really want to get your taste buds going wild just ask for the jerk chicken Rasta Pasta. I can't say enough about this place. Definitely 5 stars for me.
