I can't describe how happy I am with this company. Every single member of the staff has been a complete delight to work with. From the owner to the moving crew, every single step was well communicated and wonderfully executed. The normal stresses of moving was completely eliminated because of Happy Moving. I am eternally grateful for their kindness and will continuously sing their praises. By far the best moving experience I have ever had!!!

First of all, customer service and attentiveness to my needs as client was outstanding. The packers and the movers were very professional and efficient. The price quoted was the final price, no hidden costs or anything like that. I needed to be packed and did not have (nor did I care to acquire) my own boxes-- the company usually does not provide boxes but they went our of their way to acquire the necessary materials and it made my life much easier. It is also worth noting that the company does not automatically provide a moving truck (so ensure that you arrange for one), and this is something I did not realize until moving day or even think to ask about beforehand, however, the owner quickly moved to mitigate our misunderstanding and coordinated one on the spot on moving day and the rest of the operation went smoothly with no glitches. My stuff was unpacked, put away, and boxes discarded...I didn't even feel unsettled for the first night in my new place. I'd definitely recommend Happy Movers to anyone thinking of a local move.

I required movers to enable my shift from Orlando to Ocala. This was the first time that I was moving and hence was skeptical about the experience.
I must say that the movers from Happy Moving did a top-notch job. We had taken care of the packing and rented a uhaul truck. The movers, Mattew and Rico, were right on time and started accessing the job. After loading they drove our truck to Ocala and unloaded our stuff.
There was no damage to any of our things and they were extremely professional the entire day. We were already stressed out with the move and the last thing that we would have wanted was the movers not agreeing or creating a fuss with regard to any of our wishes. There were a couple of times we had to change our mind about the placement of our furniture in the new house and they didn't mind or show any grimace at all.
It was also very economical. They advertise at $65 an hour and that is exactly what they charge us. No hidden or implicit fees.
So A+ to the two movers.
One negative was the communication gap between the supervisors and the movers. During the fixing process, we were told that the movers would get a dozen blankets and I had mentioned that the movers would need to drive my rental truck to Ocala.
But when the movers showed up, they neither had the blankets nor had any idea that they had to drive the truck to Ocala.
I had expected more professionalism and better,lucid communication between the managers and the movers. This was definitely lacking. I hope they improve this in the future for their own good as they have great potential.
The great service by the movers outshined the comm mixup.
