This plumber installed two new hot water heaters for me. He did an exceptional job. Responded to every question I had, recommended the best brand for the install, showed up on time, went above and beyong to treat my house with great care, is clearly a very skilled craftsman, left the job in better shape than he found it and was very personable from start to finish. Not just an exceptional plumber but an exceptionable person. He tested everything before leaving and now I have blessed hot water since both new tanks are working perfectly. I needed these to re-qualify for FL homeowners insurance and he even reminded me that I would need documentation to send to the insurance company which he remembered to provide me. What a gem. Excellent demeanor. Friendly. Educated me. Explained the situation. Trouble shot it to be sure solution was correct. Had to push hard to find the water shut off. Buried 6” below the surface. Fixed another small problem in the shower - went the extra mile. Full warranty from him for parts and labor for a year. Besides 6+ years on heater. Would use him again.
