- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our staff, supplies and repair parts are all a part of our decision on what we need to charge a client. We are in this business to make money and at the same time hand and hand we don't want to price gouge and be to greedy. We just want to provide a great service for the right price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would not say continuing education as if I go to some college near by in order to be in this field. We do keep up with a few trusted blogs to keep us current related to the cell phone repair industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Again it's not work there is a Huge difference. So, to answer this question it's obvious that just about everyone has a cell phone or a tablet.
