Our dishwasher was barely running. We found out that the filter had been very clogged and he took the time to teach us how to undo it and clean the whole machine properly. Anthony was so friendly and professional. We are new homeowners so we will definitely be calling again when we have issues with the next appliance!

Anthony responded quickly to my thumbtack post. He communicated well with regard to his arrival. He got the plastic lid out of my lint slot quickly. He then Serviced the dryer (vacuumed and cleaned) His bill was $115 which was a lot more then the $45 diagnostic fee but not out of the question for all he did and the timely nature of his arrival. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. He has my recommendation.
