I’d give zero stars if I could. They sent someone out to diagnose my washer. He was 15 minutes late and didn’t speak or understand any English. So I had to use google translate the whole time. He diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the part. I set up an appointment with his boss. I explained to him that I would need communication if they aren’t going to be at my house within the 2 hour window. They never called or showed up. I tried calling and he sent me to voicemail and isn’t responding to text messages either. Very unprofessional.
