- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My visit fee is $50. I have a $125.00 minimum for labor needed jobs. I offer discounts for referrals and I charge based on the job. That being said every job is unique and has pricing catered especially for it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish contact and build relationship. From there I ask where they heard of my company and if they were referred. We then proceed to dive into the details of the clients needs and I do everything I can to ensure those needs are not only met but exceeded.
