The repairman showed up on time and completed the repair efficiently. No communication was given as to what was repaired or the cost until we were presented the bill for $180 for a 35 minute repair. Upon contacting the company they were prompt in providing the details of the repair and offering a discount on the service. Ultimately they repaired the issue, corrected the communication issue and were very responsive in the resolution.

The person who came went out of his way to do that. He didn’t know the distance from his previous job. He was very informative about our appliance the brand and what we could expect from that appliance. He was able to do that service in one call which was at the end of his day. He was very informative, quick and neat about his wor.

Solo responded immediately to my work order. (Dryer issue-had power, but not working). Scheduling an appointment was easy and pleasant. The pro sent was top notch. Diagnosed the issue quickly; gave me a quote and took the time same day to leave, find the part needed and return to repair it same day! Trip charge was rolled into work order-this is not the norm! I received 2 other quotes over the phone , 1 that took 4 days to get from Warner’s Stellian that was literally 3 times as much! And I still would have been without a dryer fir at least 2 weeks with their scheduling process (and I bought my dryer from them)! They tried to talk me into replacing it, (for their repair prices-yep!!), whereas the solo pro talked about how good the dryer was and that it would last many more years. Will not hesitate to use them again for any issue!!
