I am open for suggestions, and I am willing to compromise in most situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask the guests name and introduce myself. I find this breaks the ice, and then I move into what the guest/host is looking forward to and how I can be a part of making that happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This job for me was a hands on experience, under the wing of other great bartenders and servers in this industry. I am Bar Starz trained, and can handle high volume. Five star trained, tacked with high volume and striving for guest satisfaction solidifies my overall work ethic teamed with experience and years of service. unrelated : I have an A.S. degree at Appalachian State University for genetic engineering and biomedical technology.
