- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a table with or without tablecloth for the bar (if needed). I or any bartenders will also bring all bartending/mixology tools necessary, including a cutting board and knife, shakers, jiggers, etc. I can provide the following at cost +20% of the receipt to save you from having to shop: Liquor/Wine/Beer for the event Ice Fruits/Garnishes Disposable wares (cups/plates/champagne flutes/etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing to figure out is how many workers will be needed and how large the event will be. Once I know that I prefer to make a cocktail menu with the event host with 3-4 themed drinks or favorite cocktails (This cuts down on the overall cost for the host AND makes for a better guest experience for all). Once I know how many workers are needed and we have the menu worked out we show up promptly on the day of the event and do everything needed to make the event perfect!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in food service management for 10+ years and have been bartending since 2014. I have owned my own business in servicing private events for since 2015 and teach bartending on the side.
