- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Booking Requirements - in order to book me in the calendar for your event: 1. Client & Bartender coordinate and confirm event time/date/location etc info - Client fills out Information Form. 2. Client signs Bartending Service Agreement. 3. Client pays 50% non-refundable retainer fee (50% of Bartending Service Charge Estimate + any Mixer/Garnish package chosen) - the rest of the balance paid day of the event. 4. Bartender signs Bartending Service Agreement confirming event details. 5. Bartender booked for event! Bartending Service Charge - Rate Table: $249 Minimum per event for 2 hours between 1-25 people + $50 x/hour. $274 Minimum per event for 2 hours between 26-50 people + $75 x/hour. $299 Minimum per event for 2 hours between 51-75 people + $100 x/hour. $324 Minimum per event for 2 hours between 76-100 people + $125 x/hour. Events with over 100 will Require *2 Bartenders* which I will supply for the event. $399 Minimum per event for 2 hours between 100-200 people + $200 x/hour. 200+ Guests = Discuss with Bartender for Quote. * Basic Mixers/Garnish Package: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Club Soda, Limes, Lemons, Oranges, Cherries, Lime Juice, Ice Bags, Plastic Cups, Straws, Napkins: 1-10 Guests = $100 11-25 Guests = $125 26-50 Guests = $150 51-75 Guests = $175 76-100 Guests = $200 101-200 Guests = $300 200+ Guests = Discuss with Bartender for Quote. * Premium Mixology Mixers/Garnish Package: Everything in the Basic Package PLUS + Tonic Water, Ginger Ale, Blue CuraƧao, Strawberries, Olives, Mint (for Mojitos / Mint Juleps), Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk & Coconut Syrup (for PiƱa Coladas), Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Cream (Milk) : 1-10 Guests = $125 1-25 Guests = $150 26-50 Guests = $200 51-75 Guests = $250 76-100 Guests = $325 101-200 Guests = $425 200+ Guests = Discuss with Bartender for Quote * Tropical Premium Mixers/Garnish Package: Everything in the Basic Package PLUS + Tonic Water, Ginger Ale, Blue CuraƧao, Mangos, Pineapple, Dragonfruit, Mint, Pineapple Juice, Coconut Milk & Coconut Syrup (for PiƱa Coladas), Shredded Coconut, Guava Juice, Orange Juice, Passion Fruit Juice, Soursop Juice: 1-10 Guests = $150 1-25 Guests = $175 26-50 Guests = $250 51-75 Guests = $300 76-100 Guests = $400 101-200 Guests = $500 200+ Guests = Discuss with Bartender for Quote * Premium Add-Ons: Ginger Beer, Filthy Cherries, Rosemary Sprigs, Edible Flowers, Organic Fruits, etc (Please Discuss with Bartender for Pricing). * Custom Garnishes/Mixers - if you would like to have specific fruits/mixers/garnishes not listed here Please Discuss with Bartender for Pricing. * Signature Custom Cocktail Creation Service - I create a special custom cocktail for your event (with liquor of choice), it is Named, Tested and tasted at home for flavor/color, Special Garnish (like edible flowers, etc) added on top for decoration and Menu Created. 1 Custom Cocktail for Event - $50 2 Custom Cocktails for Event - $75 3 Custom Cocktails for Event - $100 * Alcohol / Beverage / Grocery Pickup Service: Pickup of alcohol bottles and any requested items from host from grocery/liquor store and Bartender being reimbursed for total cost before beginning of event. We help you calculate how many bottles needed for # of guests. Return of Alcohol Service also available for $50 fee. 1-50 Guests = $50 51-100 Guests = $75 101-150 Guests = $100 151-200 Guests = $125 All Bartending Services include 1 hour Free Bar Setup before event and 1 hour Free Bar/Area Cleanup after event. Events of 100+ guests get 2 free hours of bar setup and 2 free hours of bar cleanup after event. I am willing to travel and bartend anywhere in Central/South Florida. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! I am friendly, reasonable and accommodating. I value hospitality and my clients very much. New clients will be contacted as soon as possible to gather more information about the event or task. Then I will coordinate with the client to make sure I can accommodate based on my skills and experience for their event/gig. Transparent pricing and a Service Agreement will always be provided to ensure all parties are satisfied.
