Carlos (tolon) is a great bartender, his attention was incredible, the variety of cocktails with quality he did for us got us amazed. The unique style that carlos has to share his enthusiasm with his customers is something that makes him a great bartender.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I first started back when i was 20 yrs in my hometown Dominican Republic , a restaurant Named EL AGAVE, the best mexican restaurant in town, a framchise that last 19 yrs of quality and amazing gastronomy.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I was a crew member for 3 years in DISNEY CRUISE LINE , also worked for Hard Rock Hotel and Casino so i have a lot of experiencs with costumer from different nationalities.
