I hired Gracicarls after Hurricane Michael hit our home in Panama City, Fl. First thing was that I was very impressed by Mrs. Graci’s knowledge of the workings of how disaster recovery works. Before this, I have never had to use my insurance policy, and she knows it like the back of her hand. Mr. Carlos took care of everything from roof tarping, to water/mold remediation all the way through to final inspection. They took care of me, my family, and our home. They fixed everything better than new. I will definitely call on them again if I ever need their services, and I highly recommend them for construction and/or disaster recovery.

Carlos did an amazing job fixing my apartment after a flood due to a pipe burst. They were able to get rid of the damage and update the bathroom and floors beautifully. They were honest and the quality of work was superb. Highly recommend!

GS construction was excellent! I bought a fixer-upper that needed major work. They expanded the house and changed the entire façade of the home which turned a 1980s relic into a beautiful 2021 home. All of the bathrooms were redone(4); they leveled all the flooring and turned the first floor into a full open concept for a more functional space. They installed hardwood floors, beautiful stairs with metal railings and made a brand new master suite with a large luxury bathroom and closet. The entire kitchen was moved and transformed into a more functional space.They added modern touches while keeping some of the original charm of the home. Overall this was a huge project and they did not fail to deliver. I am extremely happy with the quality of work and can honestly say the house turned out to be my dream home. Carlos has an eye for detail and makes sure everything turns out the way it supposed to be. Overall I could not ask for a better contractor!!

I am a chemical engineer working during 15 years in the area of projects, cost estimation and contract in the Petroleum Industry. I am fully licensed in Florida and Louisiana State to accomplished any kind of construction project. I have been working in the construction area since 1999
