My wife and I had an exceptional experience with Best Cleaning & Restoration, Inc. yesterday for tilecleaning and restoration services booked through the Thumbtack app. The owner, Louis, came out to provide a very reasonable free estimate along with a helpful live demonstration of what the results would look like, and his team maintained superb communication to ensure everything was scheduled and completed right on time. Louis and his two outstanding, friendly employees arrived promptly at our doorstep, delivered incredible service that went above and beyond the call of duty—even helping us move our heavy furniture back into place—and meticulously checked in with us upon completion to guarantee our complete satisfaction. Thanks to their truly remarkable work, our 20-plus-year-old tiles inside the house and out in the screenroom were transformed into looking almost brand new, and we wholeheartedly recommend this company to our family and friends!

Lou is a great guy who does fantastic work. I hired him for Tile repair, and then for paver sealing on my driveway. He was able to complete both and did a great job, communication is on point, and the value is unmatched. I’m also going to use him for future projects.

We needed tile work done in the shower, and Louis and Team ware able to stop by to assess, and later complete the project. Louis was prompt, professional, and has great knowledge for his work.

Louis is one of the most honest people I have ever met. I was looking for a quote to regrout & caulk bathroom wall and floor. He came out bang on time. I do some DIY myself. The shower was a little intimidating hence the reason I contacted Louis. When he arrived he looked at the shower and said it look good minor repairs which I could do. He also gave me a few tips on what I needed to do etc. Wow I was blown away he has to pay for the lead which I felt bad about since he wasn’t going to be doing the job I had called him for. If this doesn’t show potential customers they need to hire a honest person like Louis I don’t know what else can convince them. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt I needed to let potential customers what a wonderful person Louis is thanks so much totally appreciate.

I’ll beat any competitors price as long as they’re fully licensed and insured. They must do the same quality of work proving so by photos and references.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction is everything! Get to know who I am and what I’m about. I want to know exactly what my potential customers are all about when it comes to cleanliness. How else can you know how they feel and what their expectations are. Before and after photos, references, and demonstrations work real well for new customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been certified by the IICRC and ICT in which are two highly recognized organizations in the cleaning and restoration industry. I’ve handled water, mold, and fire damage claims for State Farm, Nationwide, and Allstate. Restoring people’s home back to there original state of cleanliness after there sudden disasters.
