- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its easy whatever we quote you, that's what it will cost. Tile and grout is measured and multiplied by 50 cents per square foot. the only time that we don't is when we have a special.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer through the bidding process Find out what their needs are Address logistics,water, parking and set up for the technician Make sure that all the details including payment is discussed beforehand Get an address and info on their neighborhood make the appointment
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We get certified by the Institute of Carpet restoration and cleaning. This is not a joke. We actually get certified in every type of carpet and tile, as well as hard floors flooding and crime scene or bio-hazardous waste removal. Experience is the best knowledge when given correctly.
