Got my carpetscleaned by this company and all I can say is it is a 10 out of 10 not only was their work outstanding. They were super professional and very responsive as I did not have to wait hours for a response for the work they did. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies each job we do offer a minimum call out service fee. This ideally covers most 1-2 bedroom carpet cleanings. We base our pricing off of standard bedroom sizes 12x12(144sqft) additional square footage is subject to a pricing change.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process for working with new clients is understanding their expectations and letting them know our standards. We come into every job inspect and recommend the best process possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certifications from Academy of Cleaning Excellence. And I have two classes schedule from IICRC. Industry standard carpet and upholstery cleaning classes.
