I highly recommend Royalty carpet care to everyone that I know! There has NEVER been a time where they didn’t go above and beyond with my services! Roger usually comes to do my home, and he is the sweetest employee they have! Darwin usually does my cars and leaves them looking brand new after my children destroy the seats/carpets! Darwin was great, carpet looks great...I only gave a “4” because of how they handled the appointed time of arrival, I called them when they didn’t show, rescheduled, and they came a tad early! But, all in all I would hire them again as they are nice people and the carpet exceeded my expectations.
