Elite Cooling did an excellent job. They took the time to properly diagnose the issue instead of just guessing at the problem. After troubleshooting the system, they identified the cause, replaced the necessary parts, and got my A/C unit back up and running properly. I really appreciated that they explained the diagnosis and made sure everything was functioning correctly before leaving. Professional, knowledgeable, and honest service. I would definitely recommend Elite Cooling.
Daione did a great job diagnosing my A/C clog issue and took the time to explain the problem, as well as ways to prevent it from happening again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend his services!

We recently had quite a massive freeze up on our AC unit that was just over two years old. After inspecting the unit, Daione was quickly able to isolate the problem and recommended that we replace the interior motor as our unit had been installed incorrectly and was essentially keeping our fan running nonstop. He was very conscientious about pricing and even gave me the link to order a replacement motor directly from Amazon to save us money instead of up charging us to out source it through him. Unfortunately, we ended up having a complication through Amazon on delivery and the motor didn’t arrive until after he had come back to do the install. However, the delivery dropped off after he had already left, and he turned back around to complete the installation that night at no extra cost. We will definitely be back in touch for future maintenance!
