I definitely would refer Sandra and her team to anyone for move out cleaning. Even when I put in my first inquiry, she was extremely responsive and even though I had went with a different cleaner, when that fell through and I contacted her again, she we able to fit me in on short notice.
The crew she sent was punctual, however took a little longer than expected/promise. She arrived at the property around the same time that I got there to check on it (when her crew said they were done) and I expressed that I saw a few things that weren’t done or to up to my complex’s inspection standard.
The reason I’m giving her a five star review is because of how she handled the situation. Although Sandra was not actively involved in cleaning my unit originally, once I showed her the areas that we weren’t satisfied with and that her crew missed, she immediately took personal responsibility, and was extremely apologetic. She sent the two gentlemen home, and stayed back by herself to go back over the baseboards and a few other areas, and was extremely positive, and did not show any signs of frustration, or anything negative towards me.
She stayed back an extra hour and a half to touch up everything by herself, and walked back through it with me to make sure it was to our liking and to our inspection standards, and due to the inconvenience (that she didn’t cause personally), she proactively offered a [sizeable] discount of the cost.
I’m very understanding and patient, and I’m a big proponent of customer service. As someone who runs a business myself, I was extremely pleased with the way that Sandra handled it as the owner. She was extremely professional, and helpful. And I would highly recommend her or have her come back out again.
This is the unit my wife and I have lived in for nine years and my daughter was born and raised in for eight years and to be honest, the unit looks better now than it did when I first moved in & the bathrooms & kitchens are cleaner than we’d ever gotten them ourselves!!
Summary: Great cleaning, very responsive and well managed. From my personal experience, and based on one other review, I would say that if you’re going to contact Decorum Cleaners, ask if Sandra (the owner) will be personally doing the job. She was amazing!

I was very happy that Rey was able to book me on such short notice. I had a small gathering happening this weekend and needed a quick cleaning of all the main areas. I had requested a time of 10am on the website, but we agreed to an 8am slot over the phone. When the website pushed an auto reminder of my 10am appt, I got a little confused. Rey was quick to respond to my message and confirm the time was still 8am and apologized for the auto message that was sent due to my website booking. The next day, Rey showed up with team right on time. After a walk through of expectations they quickly got to work. Everyone was kind and dressed in company logo uniforms. They were very personable and professional. A few hours later, they asked me to inspect. The house looked and smelled clean. They even got all the paint stains out of the bathroom sinks from our recent construction. Will definitely use Decorum in the future.

I am absolutely stunned by our move out cleaners. Moving out Memorial Day weekend seemed like a great idea until we realized virtually every service was closed. Contacted Decorum last minute and they were able to come ON MEMORIAL DAY! The cleaners were so kind and simply amazing. It was stress free, quick, and the place smells INCREDIBLE. Looks better than it did when we moved in. I’m eternally grateful!
