He even offered to pick up our new door from our house ahead of time, in order to paint it at his shop, to make sure it was ready to go on the date of our scheduled install - going above and beyond if you ask me. While installing, we also found additional damage, which we asked him to remove and replace, and he added that to the scope of work without charging us an arm and a leg. We were very appreciative of that willingness to be adaptable, especially since it added a significant amount of extra work.
